COMPANY DRIVERS
SIGN ON BONUS--$3,000 (SPLIT) until 4/5/13

All Pure Pay Team Drivers receive $0.52 cents per mile on all miles, ** (effective 4/15/13), Practical Mile Pay, Detention Pay, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and an additional $0.02 per mile (split) from day one to your 401K.

2013 Freightliner Cascadias w/1500 Watt Inverters
Dispatcher plans all your Freight
85% Drop and Hook Freight
Solid Miles- 5000-6000 per week
Special Team Sign on Bonus ($3,000 split)
* $.03 Premium for Hazmat loads making the pay $0.55/mi
2-day orientation (Private Hotel Room-Breakfast & Lunch Provided)
Free life insurance for employees
Paid Weekly (no hold)
Paid Time Off Program (cashout available)

**** only 1 year of experience required for $0.52/mi

OWNER OPERATORS
SIGN ON BONUS --$3,000 until 4/5/13

Performance Bonus
$800 or $975 every 30,000 miles. No hoops just miles.

CSA BONUS
$600 every 30,000 safe paid miles

PAY
$.99-$1.96 per mile plus fuel surcharge on all complete loads.
