We have an immediate opening in our Finance department for an Accounting Intern to assist with the administrative duties associated with our accounting activities. This person must be highly motivated and organized to join our finance team.

This is a SEASONAL position and the person selected MUST be available to work for the entire 2013 season (May- September).

Shift: 8-14 hours/week, Monday -- Friday between the hours of 7am and 4pm
Can be flexible with work hours but must adhere to schedule once schedule is set

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? General administrative, copying, filing etc..
? Scanning documents
? Uploading files to our internal business systems
? Invoicing customers
? Creating manual invoices in Excel
? Distributing W9s
? Responsible for making sure safe work practices and procedures are followed at all times

Required Experience:
Successful Candidate Must:
? To be considered, applicants must be currently enrolled and have achieved junior or
? senior standing and/or have recently graduated from an accredited University or College.
? Major area of study must be related to finance/accounting
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
? Intermediate Excel skills required
? Previous experience working in an office environment strongly preferred
? Must be 18 years of age or older
? Communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal forms
? Must be able to work through the end of our 2013 season (September)
