ILoca Services, Inc. is a well-established, full service semitrailer dealership in Naperville, IL. Due to growth of the company, we are currently looking for an energetic, positive, motivated person to join our team as an administrative assistant/telephone receptionist.

Responsibilities:
? Answering phones
? Customer service
? Filing
? Mailing invoices
? Scanning documents
? Assisting with A/P
? Assisting with Rental A/R
? Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
? At least 1+ year experience
? Strong computer skills
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Organized and detail oriented

Daytime hours - Monday through Friday; 35+ hours per week. Compensation will be based on experience.
