CONCRETE RESTORATION FOREMAN (Chicagoland and Out-of-Town)

"Working" Field Supervisor Applicant Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years field construction experience- 2 Years minimum in a lead position
• MUST have some experience in concrete. To include demo, forming, placing, and finishing
• Experience in welding- Certifications are a plus
• Must be 18
• Valid Driver's License and transportation to/from jobsites
• Creativity and problem solving skills
• Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
• Supervise and manage a crew of 2-10 people by prioritizing, organizing, and delegating tasks
• Timekeeping and daily field reporting
• Onsite Inventory
• Competently operate company equipment, vehicles, and/or trailers
• Working knowledge of blueprints and drawings
• Commitment to quality
• Need to be able to bend, stoop, crawl, and/or kneel throughout the work day to perform required job tasks.
• Need to be able to lift/ carry up to 100lbs
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Adept at working in outdoor conditions (for instance, low/high temperatures, rain, sun,
wind, etc)
• Ability to wear a respirator, as job conditions require
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
