Rehabber and commercial/residential contractor with 30 years experience is adding to his very small crew.

Current project right near the Damen El station on the Blue line. Most of my work is near there.

I have trained up a lot of now very skilled professionals over the years. I prefer to start with someone with some skills, work them hard, produce outstanding results, get the jobs done, and built skill sets together.

Some old school practices, some new, some special and unique.

My pay is not high, particulalry to start.

Please reply with your experience and work history, and the minimum hourly pay you require.
