The Opportunity:
- Design, develop, and maintain the existing Videomaker website.
- Manage technical integrations with third-party solutions.
- Manage a small technical team and third-party contractors.
- Exhibit team leadership while remaining hands-on in development.
- Oversee the budget for the engineering department.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Senior-level hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle of web development--from requirements analysis, to deployment and bug fixes.
- 3+ years hands-on professional development experience.
- 1+ year experience in successful team technical leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of the technical infrastructure for a small office (e.g., routers, servers)
- While not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following technologies: PHP, Drupal, jQuery, MySQL, AWS, and Linux.
Benefits:
