We are seeking an ambitious, highly qualified individual to target property management firms, condo associations, architects and homeowners.
Candidate will also be responsible for providing proposals to prospective clients, assuring all aspects of proposal meet customers needs and following through to assure project was completed with satsifactory results.

Qualified candidates should possess ability to:
-Cold call current and future customers
-Excellent follow up skills
-Continuously juggle numerous responsibilities
-Evaluate technical problems as they arise
-Communicate requests within a team network
-Make sales presentations
