INSIDE SALES -- PART TIME ($20-$25 PER HOUR) (Virtual)

We are seeking a phone professional to assist with lead generation and converting leads into sales. You will be assigned three or four clients to work with that have various unique selling propositions. You must have the ability to articulate their particular brand, message and unique selling features so you can influence the lead to have an interest in our client's product or service. This is not a customer service or survey job. These are cold calls. We will provide you with leads -- the names of the companies and the contact information. You will need to get past the gatekeeper and sell your way to that decision maker. We will provide you with the talking points, but you must have common sense and professional closing and selling skills. You must have the ability to influence decision makers that the brand and offering you are presenting is unique and of interest to them.

This is not a position for people who want to learn or an apprenticeship. You must speak excellent North American English with no detectable accent. In addition, you must also possess the following qualifications:

? At least 10 years of experience on the phone developing B2B sales leads.
? Experience working with Zoho or another leading CRM to keep track of your data and the results of your calls.
? Experience in marketing and sales that has helped you develop strong skills to sell, influence and close for the appointment.
? Specific industry knowledge that you have worked in that is relevant to this position.
? We expect that you will be able to make between 15 and 20+ calls per hour during your shift, while still keeping track of notes.
? A successful track record of having generated at least 200+ leads.
? The ability to generate leads and set the stage to convert leads into solid sales opportunities.

Once the lead has been generated, you will be responsible for sending an email to the lead that we will develop for you.

You will be required to attend conference calls with our clients describing the value of the work you have done in bringing those leads further into the sales cycle to close them.

This position pays between $20 and $25 per hour.
