A fast-paced, rapidly growing start-up is seeking a dynamic, hands-on marketing coordinator to assist in the execution of all marketing and growth-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a self-starter attitude with excellent organization and communication skills and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Functions

? Marketing Suppot

o Coordinate the development of online and off-line marketing collateral and other marketing materials

o Oversees marketing calendar of web, direct-mail, trade shows, email and PR campaigns

o Tracks campaign performance by running weekly reports

o Actively monitor competition's marketing initiatives and present updates in monthly meetings

o Work with outside vendors on order processing and competitive pricing

o Coordinates trade shows, webinars, team meetings and other internal and external events

? Sales support

o Works directly with the sales staff to support sales initiatives with marketing materials.

o Participates in weekly meetings to analyze campaign performance in relationship to sales goals and successes

? Organization Support:
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Skills/Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience working for an ad agency or supporting a marketing department
? Experience in Direct Marketing, Marketing Research, Event Coordination, Project Management, Reporting, Process Improvement, and understanding of CRM platforms
? Expert in all MS Office application and solid understanding of web-related media
? Graphic Design experience preferred
