Right At School is a before, after and in-school enrichment program for elementary school students. We manage everything: educators, curriculum, equipment and administration. We even adapt our curriculum to meet your school's needs--whether that means adding ESL programs, special instruction or spending even more time on homework help.

Right At school is growing quickly and we are looking for bright and talented people to join out team. We have locations throughout the Chicagoland Area.

HIRING NOW for Recess Coaches!

Our Right At School coaches model positive social interactions and sportsmanship through great games and sports. Our coaches are dedicated, enthusiastic, and well-trained to provide a safe and inclusive environment for play. They have experience managing groups of students, a passion for physical fitness, and a commitment to promoting social-emotional learning through play.

DAYS/HOURS: NOW through Mid-June. Typical hours between 10:30am - 2pm (start and end time varies by school), Monday - Friday. Shifts are 2-3 hours a day.

Previous experience working with large groups of children in organized activities; demonstrated ability to be energetic and personable; exceptional listening skills with the ability to use appropriate and positive discipline; must be able to communicate with a varied audience including children, parents, staff and other Right At School and school personnel.
Bi-lingual a plus.
Ability to travel to multiple sites a plus.
