Come join a great growing company with professional ethics and entrepreneurial spirit! We are a property management company and we have an opening at an apartment community for an apartment maintenance technician. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all work orders are performed in 24 hours
- Schedule, manage and help prepare to turn vacant apartments
- Rotating on-call schedule to respond to after hour maintenance emergencies
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for work not handled internally
- Skills required: painting, carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, appliance repair and light HVAC

Full Time position with paid holidays, vacation, insurance coverage and bonuses Location: Gurnee / Lake VillaCompensation: Based on Experience $14-18 per hour plus bonusesPrincipals only.
