We are a service-oriented Naperville estate planning and elder law firm. We are seeking a friendly, smart, hard-working, detail-oriented, and professional administrative assistant to join our growing team.

Our firm's philosophy is simple: every time we interact with a client, we should make them feel valued, special, and confident in our work. The next person to join our team must share, promote, and live that philosophy.

Your focus would be ensuring that our clients' estate plans are fully implemented. To that end, your primary responsibilities would include:
* working with the clients and their professional advisors to obtain information and provide updates
* organizing client and case information using our paperless office procedures
* preparing letters and institutional forms
* tracking tasks to ensure their completion.

Due to the nature of the work, it is important for you to be familiar with office software (Microsoft Word or similar programs, email, calendar). Current experience with Mac computers is a plus, but not required.
