Are you looking for a job that keeps you busy and pays well? Then Sir Grout will be a great fit for you. Due to recent growth in our company, Sir Grout is hiring. Our sales team is constantly meeting with potential clients, closing deals and building relationships with customers. Due to our continued growth we need an additional technician to help complete the projects. This means assisting on current booked leads and creating more leads for the pipeline. This position is critical in the continued growth of our company.

In this role a successful candidate will perform grout cleaning, repair, sealing, and restoration of tubs, wood, and stone surfaces. He or she will communicate daily with the salesman or project manager for each project to report back on the progress of each project as well as the satisfaction of the customer. They will take time with the customer both before and after the job to review the bid and the final work to make sure the customer is very happy with the results of the project. Upon completion of each project they will ask the customer for referrals when they are happy and excited about the work we have just finished for them.

Responsibilities
====================================================
Show up on time on the job site and doing a walk through before each job begins.
Performing all quoted tasks for the customer to their satisfaction
Answering any questions for the customer calmly and politely (the customer is always right)
Doing a final walk through with the customer receive full payment for the completed work.
Once the customer is satisfied as them for the names of friends neighbors, relatives who may benefit from our services.
Call the project manager with a job update before leaving the job site.
This position will start as part time and will be ramped up to a full time position with my company.

Qualifications
====================================================
Friendly disposition and able to speak well with customers.
Aptitude for home-improvement (framing, flooring, drywall, tiling, etc.)
* Tile or flooring installation or bathroom repair is preferred but
* Knowledge of tile or stone surfaces and installation/maintenance is preferable but not required.
I am looking for a motivated technician to help grow my business. You represent the technical experience our customers have with Sir Grout.
