Seeking permanent, full time position to handle front desk responsibilities at a fast paced healthcare office on the northwest side of Chicago.
The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in a long-term commitment to our practice. This position requires a professional attitude with attention to detail and ability to problem solve. If you don't have attention on your health, please don't apply-"we walk the talk".

Qualifications:
-Must demonstrate Amazing multitask abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters and admin duties.
-Must enjoy working with people - fun, very outgoing, positive
-Ability to perform calculations quickly
-work independently
-Experience in healthcare a strong plus
-Experience in medical billing a plus
-Experience in management (medical setting, restaurant, hotel, hospitality) a plus

Some Responsibilities Include:
-Greeting patients and checking patient in and out
-Billing, collecting, and applying payments
-Scheduling and calling patients to confirm appointments
-Answering telephone and making outgoing calls
-internal marketing
-Preparing charts and other paperwork
-Verifying insurance, follow-up with insurance billing
-Computer work, typing, accessing databases, data entry
-Light office duties such as copying, faxing, & filing
-Processing mail
-Opening and closing office
-Light cleaning duties
