Account Executive (Schaumburg, IL)

The Account Executive is directly responsible for leading the sales and client management efforts for the Commercial Voice Magazine. The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing advertisement placement contracts with clients, corporate sponsorships and business-to business. The Account Executive is expected to find new prospective clients, and manage sales cycles to closure and manage overall client relationships. In addition, the Account Executive is responsible support of the existing relationship .We are looking for an enterprising individual interested in growing and building their sales acumen. This position is specifically compensated for new account development. QUALIFICATIONS
? Ability to establish and build strong relationships
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? An entrepreneurial spirit. Our Account Executives are hard-working, self-motivated and confident

REQUIRED
? A Bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of sales experience
? Proven ability to meet an assigned sales quota
? Ability to multi task and manage 80 + daily inbound / outbound call volume

PREFERRED
? At least 2 years of experience obtaining corporate sponsorships.
? At least 2 years of experience obtaining business-to-business sales for media (television, radio or magazine).
? 1-2 years experience developing proposals
? Willingness and ability to travel regionally on a daily basis

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
? Valid Driver's License
? Transportation to Travel

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
? Ability to sit for more than 25% of the work day.
? Ability to travel at least 50% of the work day.

COMPENSATION:
? 100% Commission
? Bonuses and Stipend
