Our client, a leading QVC brand of cosmetics is seeking a Regional Territory Manager for a pilot program for in-store sales in beauty retailers. We are seeking talented individuals to establish, execute and develop strong retail management programs in designated territories.

This position requires daily travel with minimal overnight stays when necessary. A valid Driver's License and your own vehicle needed (company reimburses for mileage).

Responsibilities:

- Train Ulta's beauty advisors on a daily basis
- Quickly learn and adapt training to suit the individual trainees' needs
- Teach Ulta beauty advisors new sales techniques appropriate for the marketplace
- Instruct and role model the selling strategy and market positioning of the brand to Ulta beauty advisors

- Monitor and safeguard inventory for maximum sales efficiency across all store locations, display maintenance (filling testers, stock rotation, etc)

- Communicate key field information to the head office on a timely basis

- Maintain a clear store visitation cycle throughout the year and update it as needed to optimize territory coverage, approximately 10 stores per market, 2 visits per month

- Provide outstanding customer service to store patrons, answer questions and concerns about the brand and cosmetic products

- Provide support for store level promotions; mini and mega events (planning and support at the event)

- Conduct hiring for and management of in-store events as well as manage the promotional materials

- Track all sales and report back to headquarters

Requirements:

- No less than 3 years of experience (6 preferred) within the beauty industry, field sales/account management, make up artistry HUGELY preferred

- Demonstrated success in training and motivating beauty advisors (previous experience training Ulta beauty advisors preferred but not required)

- Be spirited, energetic and passionate with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Be an ambassador of the brand on a daily basis

- Have effective communication skills in both one-on-one and group situations (inspire and engage)

- Be highly analytical and detail-oriented, proactively identifying needs and determining opportunities in each door

- Be efficient in establishing priorities and managing time effectively across all store locations in the market

- Be a creative thinker/problem solver and always be ready to develop new ways to adapt to the market needs

- Be a self-starter who strives for excellence at all times

- Have a car with a clean driving record and a laptop, please be proficient in Microsoft Office
