Full Time Position:
Personal Assistant To Principal / Real Estate Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator With Real Estate Career Path Opportunity.

I'm looking for my right hand that will help me at first launch this office, and then help me grow my business. This is a job for someone who thrives on learning and doing various multiple tasks. You would be the on the front line, have constant interaction with clients, vendors & promoting the business image.

This is a role that will continuously evolving in that it could be data entry and picking up dry cleaning one day, and business development on the golf course the next, running to Menards the next day, and putting together a marketing campaign the following day. The ideal candidate is on board with what I'm trying to accomplish, is enthusiastic and high energy, intuitive, and is working with me as a team mate to save me time and make me even more successful.

Schedule:
The average hours per week would be about 50, but being on-call and being flexible on schedule is a must for the weekends, special events, or during busy periods throughout the year. However, I will be able to offer some flexibility back to you as well.

Compensation:
$2.5K per month initially with growth potential.

Career Path:
Year 1: You are my trusted right hand helping me launch my Realty business.

Year 2: You stay on in current roll as my right hand, but you also obtain your broker's license and work as a broker part time. I pay ALL the costs & associated fees and I personally train you.

Year 3: You recruit your replacement and then transition to work full time as one of the top brokers in Chicago with an income well into the six figures.

This path allows you to learn about real estate and business, and smoothly transition into Brokerage with no upfront costs while maintaining a salaried position, only making the move only when you already have a substantial client base and income established.

Additional real estate career opportunities would including property management, investment, and development.

Requirements:
Must live locally to 1919 West Division
Must have automobile and proof of insurance
High school Education or equivalent
Computer Literate Including Microsoft Word and Excel
Marketing skills including writing & social media.
Video recording/editing skills a plus
Strong Verbal Communication Skills Including Phone Skills
Strong organizational skills including scheduling
Knowledge of basic book keeping and payroll a plus
