Budget Golf is looking to add a qualified entry level team member to our Accounts Payable department. Budget Golf is a growing e-commerce and retail business in Joliet which specializes in golf equipment, accessories and apparel.
The position is part time, approximately 25 - 35 hours/week fluctuating weekly, monthly and seasonally. The duties currently assigned to this position must be performed and completed Monday - Thursday starting at 8am. Daily end times will solely depend on the duties of the day & volume of work to complete. There may also be a need for 1 - 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month, again solely determined based on volume of work to complete and/or special projects.
The ideal candidate will possess extreme attention to detail, perform daily tasks with accuracy and consistency, be able to adapt to changing priorities and procedures, be organized and work well independently to support an important team dynamic. SAP and/or QuickBooks experience is also highly valued, but not vital.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to, processing of mail, reading and processing vendor invoices, packing slips and purchase orders, data entry, filing, copying, purchasing supplies, calculating GPMs and general office tasks.
Pay rate for this position is currently $10.00/hour. ***after 90 days candidate may be eligible for a wage increase, employee discounts and a simple IRA***
