Lawry's The Prime Rib is accepting applications for lead line cook
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years prior experience in a high volume kitchen is required.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, enthusiastic individual who can thrive in a busy line. Menu development, execution of recipes, organization of station set up is a must. This person can stay cool under pressure, and be a team player. Must have a commitment to heart of house excellence, above average knife skills and a desire to learn how a fast paced, fine dining restaurant works. This position is Full time, must be able to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
