The owners of Ounce are looking for a bartender to not only help run Ounce Taipei, but to also join the team in expanding into new bars throughout Asia. We believe there is tremendous opportunity for western-style cocktail bars in Asia and we're looking for bartenders to grow with our business.
1. A strong personal passion and natural curiosity for making and creating high quality drinks
2. At least 1-2 years of craft cocktail experience
3. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
4. Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to try new things
5. Professional and hard-working attitude
6. At least a 1 year commitment to work in Asia
7. Long-term ambition to work in, lead, potentially take an ownership in bars
8. Open-minded approach to building a business in a new distinctive market
