Kitchen management candidates should be able to;
1) Follow recipes.
2) Excel at training and team building.
3) Know what it takes to be a success at food, labor and supply costs.
4) Consistently show high standards in food quality and presentation.

Previous management experience in high volume environments a plus. Knowledge of Mexican/Latin cuisine a plus
