- JOB TITLE: Inquiry Response Coordinator
- LOCATION: Schaumburg, IL - near Woodfield Mall
- JOB TYPE: Temporary to permanent placement. Both full time (40hrs per week) and part time (20hrs per week) schedules available.
- BENEFITS: Our client is dedicated to supporting the growth of their department. Excellent performance will lead you to achieve permanent status. Internal employee status will take place at the 6 month mark.
- PAY: $12 PER HOUR
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Our client is committed to enhancing their student's educational career goals. Purpose of position is to contact students who have requested information about the university, qualify them, and transfer them to an admissions advisor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Calls prospective students/currently enrolled students who have requested information about the university.
2. Screens inquiries to determine if they are qualified to speak with an admissions advisor and successfully transfers students to a live admissions advisor.
3. Meets or exceeds the minimum performance expectations which are scored on a monthly basis. Metrics include Connect to Transfer, Quality Assurance Evaluations, and Coordinator Behavior Evaluations.
4. Adheres to all scripts and follows company compliance guidelines

Working hours: full time and part time

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Call center office environment. Fast paced, high customer service demand with a great deal of people interaction. No lifting, minimal bending and reaching.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Energetic personality with a "Can do" attitude, excellent verbal communication skills, customer service skills, basic computer skills.
EXPERIENCE: Entry level. Customer service/sales experience a plus. Call center experience a plus.
EDUCATION: Minimum of high school diploma required.
