We are currently recruiting for a Member Services Representative.

Duties Include:

? Receive & respond to routine customer inquiries; resolve customer concerns relating to warranty contract coverage & claims in a call center environment.
? Provide information and support to agents, dealers, and repair facilities relating to dealer labor rates, coverage, claim status, and claim payments. Refer advanced issues to higher levels.
? Provide customer(s) with rental, roadside assistance benefit information and refer to appropriate contact number to schedule service.
? Research & update customer information resulting from returned validation cards for contract fulfillment purposes.
? Provide cancellation quotes to agents, dealers, and consumers as requested.
? Perform other related duties as assigned.

? HS Diploma / Equivalent; higher education strongly preferred.
? Superb customer service and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
? Strong ability multi-tasking within PC applications and utilize several computer application screens at once; Computer literacy a MUST.
? Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
? Ability to handle high call volume and effectively organize & prioritize tasks.
? Previous experience as a Service Writer for Franchise Dealerships, or similar experience highly preferred.

As a Representative you are the first point of contact, corresponding with customers by phone and setting appointments for interested customers. If you have an extremely professional phone voice and are driven to earn bonuses--in addition to your base pay, please respond with your resume. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not a requirement. Immediate and ongoing training provided!

80% Outbound calls--follow up with leads

The Customer Service Representative will work hand in hand with a plethora of clients wanting to book tournament enhancements for their events. These enhancements can range from hole in one events, shootouts, or event putting contests. It is the CSR's responsibility is to ensure the client is receiving world class service, and that the client's specific needs are met regarding their event. Position Overview
The Customer Service Specialists primary responsibility is to provide phone and email support to our online retail and wholesale customers through our in-house built system. Answer customer inquiries and provide support to warehouse staff in processing orders. Required training will be provided.

The front office coordinator is the face of the company and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are a small company in an exciting industry that experiences lows and highs so an ideal candidate must be comfortable with both.

Job Duties:
-Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
-Answer and direct calls using a multi-phone line
-Sort and disperse mail to appropriate team members
-Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
-Maintains office equipment, setup repairs if needed
-Order and track office supplies
-Keep common areas clean and presentable
-Maintain the company calendar and accurate attendance record of all team members.
-Create travel booklets for the team members who travel out of town
-Book all travel for team members, which will include: Booking airline flights, car rentals, and housing/hotel rentals.
-Act as a support role to all other team members by jumping in when help is needed
-Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
-Possession of High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), however an associate's degree or higher is highly preferred.
-6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
