You can play an integral role in creating an amazing customer experience by performing customer manicures, nail shaping and hand massages. Job Responsibilities:

? Performs proper customer manicure, nail shaping and hand massage service standards.
? Contacts customers to remind them of nail and hair appointments and schedule follow up appointments for continued maintenance, and compiles and maintains non-monetary reports and records, including customer information book.
? Conducts transactions for sales, returns and exchanges.
? Responsible for maintenance of stock and testers.
? Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.
? Responsible for department presentation standards and cleanliness to include stock and checkout areas.
? Resolve customer complaints within established limits.
? Assists LOOK boutique Lead during down time.

Required Qualifications:

? Manicurist License or Cosmetology License as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority
? At least 2 years experience in performing basic and specialty manicures, nail shaping and hand massages
? Basic level PC skills (for example: start up and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, access information on-line, etc).
? Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
