Management Supervisor

At Designory Chicago, we need a one-of-a-kind Management Supervisor to join our growing interactive marketing agency. With global new business wins in the luxury and agricultural space this year, we're looking for someone poised to become a leader for some of our key accounts. You should be prepared to provide strategic leadership to the development of large-scale responsive websites, mobile applications, and other groundbreaking digital work.

As an experienced account leader, you should have a proven track record of developing and crafting unique insights and strategies with creative and strategic leads to achieve client goals. The Management Supervisor will set the vision for client partnerships by supporting his or her big ideas with deep global experience in the digital marketing realm.

Responsibilities:

? Build global partnerships with clients, aiding in defining their business needs and objectives
? Represent the voice of the brand and customer in developing strategic, creative, and technological recommendations
? Empower and inspire teams comprised of strategists, creatives, project managers, and engineers in translating client objectives into award-winning creative work
? Ensure that our work is consistently on time and on strategy
? Partner with our Managing Director to support new business as well as grow current business

Desired Skills and Experience:

? 5 to 7 years of account management experience with at least 5 years in a digital agency
? A strong background in large-scale, content-managed websites
? A positive, yet tenacious, "make-it-happen" attitude
? The ability to lead highly collaborative, multi-discipline teams in a creative environment
? Extraordinary presentation capabilities, with experience presenting to senior-level marketing executives
? The versatility to work confidently within a variety of client industries
? Experience managing large budgets and teams
? Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Keynote, or Prezi
? Must be open to travel in US and Globally as needed
? International background or experience is a huge plus
