We're Live Your Message - and I'm Marisa Murgatroyd, LYM's founder.

Today I'm writing because I'm looking for that one, special, "needle-in-the-haystack" VA who can work full time alongside us. . . Someone who believes what we believe, who's ready to live, eat & breath our mission and help us change the world.

You see -- we believe:

... that most of the world's problems can be solved through entrepreneurship.

. . . that when people are educated and empowered to step up and solve the important problems that call to them, great things can happen in the world.

That's why it's our mission over the next 10-20 years to equip 1 million people with the tools to step forward and build a business that expresses who they are so they can make a positive impact on the world.

We have a pretty solid team of 6 right now, but we're looking for 1 more now because we have partners, students and opportunities that we just can't take on because we wouldn't be able to serve them properly and give them the super-high standard of support we always commit to.

As the first point of contact for most of our community, you will be accommodating, action-driven and friendly.

What we're looking for in an ideal team-mate:

* You totally get our vision & mission and embody what we're creating in the world.

* You LOVE interacting with people and truly care about their needs.

* You've got a easy going "can-do" attitude.

* You are able to juggle lots of projects and tasks without dropping the ball on anything.

* Take action to solve problems effectively and efficiently - upward thinking.

* We don't subscribe to "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", so we'd love you to always be on the look out for how to improve our systems.

* It's important you're willing to be flexible to the needs of the business. Some weeks will be quieter, requiring less time of you. But when we're in "launch mode" for new products, we'll need your support for longer and more unusual hours in some cases.

* You should be comfortable with new technology and have a willingness to learn.

* Naturally you should have fast, reliable internet and a computer with up-to-date software, preferably a Mac.

Here's what a typical day might look like for you:

You'll spend part of your time on LYM email, social media & support desk "front lines", making sure our students and followers are looked after, feel special and have everything they need to keep making progress.

There will be a little basic tech support from time to time. (Reboot your computer, clear your browser cache, here's your password, LOL) so you'll need to know your way around your computer and be functionally technical.

* Data entry & reporting support, internet research
* Virtual and live event support (as needed & primarily online)
* Admin & project management support
* Proof-reading, online testing of forms, applications, processes and systems

* You'll never be penalized for taking initiative to solve a customer problem or to fix a systems issue that you identify.
* You'll have a caring team-lead who'll be your central point of contact for training and support
