PURPOSE
Creating a great customer experience at a PIRCH store is a team effort. As a Warehouse Specialist you are responsible for ensuring customer and showroom products are where they need to be, when they need to be there. You also remove and install product on the showroom floor to keep our displays current. The role owns the warehouse section of the store and takes pride in running the operation perfectly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (among other things)
• Inspire and create moments of joy
• Assist with the upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse and showroom displays
• Receives, identifies and organizes in-bound products to PIRCH's exacting standards
• Works directly with customers to identify appropriate items and assist customer in leaving with the right items
• Facilitates outbound shipments using proper packing methods and 3rd party delivery services.
• Fulfill orders that are ready for shipment
• Assist with execution of weekly process to ensure inventory integrity
• Use PIRCH's computer system to ensure proper documentation and management of warehouse
• Remove and install appliances and plumbing on the showroom floor
• Comply with all safety requirements and conditions of employment with PIRCH

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Long hours of standing, moving, bending and caring
• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

EXPERIENCE
• Five-day work week will include weekends
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
• One to three months related experience and/or training

SAFETY
Comply with all safety and health requirements whether established by the Company or by federal, state, or local law. Work safely in such a manner as to ensure his/her safety, as well as, that of co-workers and others. Request help when unsure about how to perform any task safely. Correct unsafe conditions within the scope of the immediate work. Report any unsafe or uncorrected acts or conditions to management immediately. In addition, employee will report to work at all times free of alcohol or other substances and their effects, as well as, reporting to work in good mental and physical condition in order to safely perform assigned duties.
