Position: Web/online-based Customer Service Representative
Available: 2 Full-time, 2 Part-time
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers
- Check order status for customers
- Answer product questions/Make product recommendations
- Inform customers of current promotions or special sales
Responsibilities:
- Assure the established procedures targeted at consistent, accurate and timely processing of customer returns and returns to suppliers are followed thoroughly
- Resolve product and service quality issues, real or perceived, by investigating customer complaints, validating or disproving these complaints, and escalating valid quality issues to the appropriate internal groups or suppliers
- Provide support to the Team in resolution of any disputes arising from the enforcement of the Company returns policies
- Receive and properly handle escalated customer complaints
Experience:
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
