(PART-TIME LAUNDRY DELIVERY DRIVERS WANTED)

Laundry and dry cleaning company looking for reliable contractor drivers in the Evanston/Lakefront Chicago Metro Area.

Position Overview:
As a route driver, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering laundry and dry cleaning items to customers and providing support to each route account. This position consists of driving your personal vehicle (i.e. minivan, caravan, SUV, truck), making route specific pick-ups and deliveries of laundered and dry clean items to and from our facility to client locations; and providing front line customer service support. We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals with a clean driving and background record who are seeking to grow within the company. We depend on our drivers to not only service our customers' pickup and delivery needs, but to also deliver outstanding customer service as well.

Applicant Requirements:
* High school degree/GED.

* Clean driving & background record required.

* Must be 21 years or older with flexible schedule. Work schedule: (part time) 20 hrs a week, which may include Saturday shift. Normal work week is Monday through Friday. 8am to Noon/1pm or 9am to 2pm. Shifts can begin at 7:00AM on occasion. Routes constantly expand so must have flexible schedule to work longer shifts if needed.

* You must have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and have YOUR OWN vehicle to drive and proof of insurance limits for property damage and bodily injury that are at least $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident.

* Vehicle requirement: must have YOUR OWN vehicle to drive. Vehicles must be minivans, vans or large SUVs.

* You must be self motivated, customer service oriented and team player.

* Fluent English speaking with excellent communication skills and personable demeanor.

* Time management skills/ability to perform job in set timeframe.

* Ability to perform multiple tasks and lift bags up to 40 lb loads.

* You must have excellent driving skills so you can arrive to our customers and back to the facility safely!

* Previous driving experience and a knowledge of Northshore/Chicago Metro area streets and directions is preferred, but not necessary.

* 1 year driving experienced preferred.

Compensation:
$12-15 per hour.
