Executive Assistant Position

We are a non-profit organization including over 300 members. Our primary goal is to help our members achieve their goals by sustaining strong relationships.

Responsibility:
? Helping the President, Vice President, and Treasurer with special projects
? Scheduling meetings for the board members
? Organizing board events which includes: trade shows, holiday parties, and golf outings
? Coordinating with special project committees
? Building vendor relationships by contacting new and existing vendors
? Setting up meetings with vendors
? Updating website and mobile app
? Invoicing the collections from vendors
? Arranging travel for board members
? Other job duties as assigned

Hours Required:
? 35-40 a week (Special events such as meetings, trade shows, holiday parties, and charity events are not included)

Pay:
? This is an independent contractor position with our organization that pays $32,000 a year. Benefits include 2 weeks vacation and a $600 stipend for phone expenses.

Requirements:
? Word processing, writing, and communication skills are essential. However, we require extensive knowledge of software applications, such as desktop publishing, project management, spreadsheets, basic web design & update and database management.

? Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

? Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

? Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required.
? College degree required with some previous work experience.
