-2 to 5 years of diesel mechanic experience
-Must be experienced in trouble shooting the following:
*Electrical systems and multiplex wiring
*A/C and air brake experience and/or certification
*Tire changing with and without the use of a cage
*PM and FHWA experience and/or certification
*Transmission and clutch replacement experience
*ABS experience
*Valve adjustment experience
*Familiarity with Cat, Cummins, Detroit & Mack engines
*Familiarity with minor mig and arc welding
-No major health issues preventing heavy lifting
-Ability to communicate respectfully and in a positive manner
-Professional appearance
-Must have own tools and tool box
-Must have valid Driver's License
-Good English printing and verbal skills
-Ability to work at a fast pace and still maintain complete repairs
-Ability to work alone for most of the shift and be self-motivated
