? prev ? next ? compensation: Salaried Position - $33,000 Annually CTM Enterprises, Inc., a national consumer product company of high quality branded air filters is seeking a highly motivated Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Route Sales Representative to sell, invoice, service, deliver and stock grocery, drug, mass merchandise stores. Areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Growing annual sales year over year
•Selling incremental displays
•Adhere to company designed plan-o-gram
•Effective use of company point of sales material
•Execution of all scheduled promotional events
•Developing a strong rapport with customers and key decision makers within all accounts
•Foster and maintain an environment where safety and customer service are top priorities

This is a full time salary exempt route sales position.

Job Requirements

•High school diploma with post high school studies preferred
•Microsoft Office skills
•Able to work independently, effectively plan and make good business decisions in the absence of direct supervision
•Must be able to drive a DOT certified truck up to 16' in length
•Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical
•Must have and maintain a clean driving record
•Strong organizational skills
•Previous experience in direct store delivery route sales preferred but not required
