Job Description :
Chicago office seeks electrical engineering patent attorney having 3-4 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience with focus in the areas of wireless communications and/or network switching technology. The candidate's responsibilities will include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, working with clients to identify and evaluate potentially patentable inventions, support due diligence and litigation and licensing matters. Should have a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. 2-3 years of related industry experience and/or significant academic coursework in the areas of wireless communications and/or network switching technology is required. Experience in drafting and prosecuting electrical and/or software related patent applications is required.
