We are looking for a professional sales person who is goal-oriented, loves winning, and can lead our independent sales rep organization.

You must be energized by meeting new people, cold calling, winning them over and maintaining both established and new relationships. You will work with a variety of people, including customers, new leads, management, and your sales rep team. You will need exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Presentation skills also vital. The right candidate should be excited to take on challenges, love a fast paced environment, and be a strategic self-starter.

Requirements:
• Intimate appreciation and understanding of exceptional customer service process
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales related to housing and construction industry. Metal building experience preferred.
• High degree of professionalism and responsibility.
• This role requires a suit and tie as well as the ability to roll up your sleeves and get the work done
• Ability to represent and lead a 50 + year leader in our industry with confidence and integrity
• Self-starter who is driven to develop themselves and excel in their Sales Career
• Must be able to think strategically to help address individual customer needs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Willingness relocate to our Midwest facility
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:
• Working with management to set sales goals and achieve them
• Drive and grow our sales, and inspire others to be the best they can be
• Seeking out new leads and maintaining our growing customer base
• Following up with customers and team members
• Learning our full machinery line in-depth
• Developing and leading our sales rep organization
• Traveling to meet with customers and best address their needs
