CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Itasca)

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Process efficiently and accurately all customer service orders
* Interact with customers, salespeople and various departments to promptly resolve discrepancies including Jobs Scheduled, Customer Inquiries and other issues.
* Cross train and perform a variety of office duties
* Data Entry

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
* Data entry skills are essential with the ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate
* Proficient with Excel and Word.
* Strong verbal and written skills with a positive customer service attitude.
* Great organization skills with strong attention to detail
