Full time administrative/marketing/client assistant for high volume veteran Naperville Real Estate Broker. Ideal candidate will have Real Estate assistant/marketing experience and will be given higher consideration.
Individual must be extremely reliable, have excellent communication skills, excellent grammar, great proof reading skills, great people skills, and MUST have the ability to work well with ALL TYPES of personalities.
Must have a positive attitude to be able to assist a very busy no-nonsense agent. Must have the ability to self-motivate, keep busy, and be goal oriented. Must be knowledgeable in use of MS Office applications (Excel/Publisher/Word). Ideal candidate will be familiar with current Northern IL MLS products and services related to data entry, etc. MUST have a professional appearance & demeanor. Must be creative, be able to multitask.
Position is Monday through Friday with a 32-40 hour work week depending on work volume. Current assistant has been with company for 4 years full time. Looking for someone long term. Hours can be flexible to some extent. Minimal weekend "work from home" may be requested to check voice mail/emails on weekends equating to 1-2 hours a weekend. Position will require reliable transportation & cell phone. Position will require some use of personal vehicle to and from clients, picking up/dropping off marketing materials, etc. Mileage reimbursement will apply.
Salary is hourly and negotiable based on experience. Position is looking to be filled within the next 30 days or less.
