Prominent Chicago Restaurant seeking a Restaurant Manager.
Award winning chef-driven restaurant.

Ability to work in a intense environment with other managers and owners.

Must be able to work with the highest level of professionalism and be comfortable with high profile clients and guests. Ability to motivate staff, inspire and show exemplary service and style.

Wine, Beverage and Food knowledge expected.

This is not an entry level position, must be able to provide references as well as contacting your current employer.

Must have knowledge of computers, POS and Payroll systems.
