Detailed Primary Responsibilities Include:
? Solicit orders from new and prospective clients.
? Schedule and attend sales appointments.
? Accurately measure and fit clients for Company products.
? Provide exceptional customer service including promptly attending to client communications (i.e. phone calls, emails, etc.), issues, concerns, etc.
? Identify and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and corporate directives.
? Responsible for personal lead generation through cold-calling,networking events, marketing and social media.
? Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
? Input client orders into Company's online ordering system.
? Manage customer service through quality checks and other follow-up related to sales activity.
? Identify and resolve client concerns, including arranging for further tailoring adjustments following delivery of the products.
? Develop and maintain current product knowledge and communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to supervisor.
? Prepare and maintain paperwork related to sales activities, including client purchase orders and sales receipts.
? Manage client data in accordance with the Company's privacy and data management obligations.
? Deliver final products in a timely fashion and collect payment in accordance with Company policy.

Additional Responsibilities
? Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and Company-sponsored functions as requested.
? Attend Company sales conferences and corporate gatherings.
? Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Requirements
? Must have valid driver's license and form of transportation.
? Willingness to travel (including overnight) and maintain flexible hours.
? In performing the duties set forth above, must customarily and regularly engage in such activities away from the employer's place of business.
? Possess knowledge of customer-focused selling strategies and techniques.
? Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively interface with clients base and Company representatives.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Demonstrative competency with necessary software systems and sales tools (i.e., iPads.).
