Spaces Property Group, a full service brokerage exclusively focused on leasing properties on the popular near west and north sides of Chicago, is currently seeking licensed leasing agents for the upcoming rental season as well as for year round employment. We're not like a bunch of those other churn and burn leasing companies that litter the marketplace. We're a completely different kind of agency. An agency founded on a single principle: Service.

If you're a smart, tech savvy, service oriented professional then we will definitely be a good fit for you. The core of our team has worked for many of the big guys in town, as well as a few upstarts. We've taken the best of each and tossed the rest. We believe in applying our founding principle of Service across every aspect of our business, specifically to the three supporting pillars of our success: Landlords, Clients, and yes, Agents.

- A laptop computer

- A love of Chicago and its multi-faceted neighborhoods
- A team oriented attitude and strong drive to succeed
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the real estate industry.
- Outstanding communication and follow-up skills

We are currently looking for full-time team members willing to commit a minimum of 30 hours a week. You must live in the city, suburban applicants will not be considered.
