We are a full service commercial roofing contractor. Our offices are located on the north side of Chicago. This is a full time position. Starting pay is $18-$25 per hour, health care is available.
Job tasks include:
Answering customer calls, emails, ect.
Preparing and editing contracts, invoicing completed jobs, and job costing
Obtaining permits, insurance documents, city registrations, bonds ect.
Scheduling service calls, maintenance and small jobs.
Accounting/Quickbooks knowledge a plus.
Handling and prioritizing several tasks at once.
Lots of miscellaneous work. We are a small company and versatility is a must.
