You do not climb on roofs or craw under buildings. You just walk through the building. If the ceiling has rain damage, you know it's a bad roof. If there is a water stain from the bathroom you know there is a water leak. If the house is on fire. . . you get it. You take some pictures of the damage and fill out about 10 minutes worth of paper work.

We are Public Adjusters what we do is inspect properties for damages. When we find damages, our company represents the property owner to ensure the insurance companies do not underpay the owners.

We are in huge demand; it is easy, enjoyable and pays very well. You will never be laid off, out sourced or loose wages due to inflation or deflation. We need everyone from entry level through management levels NOW!

People need us to get them money, you have complete control where and when you work, steady growth in good times and we are in greater demand during bad times.

Hello,
My name is Jenna Harris and I am a real estate investor here in Wheaton. I am looking for a sharp, organized, punctual, and aggressive agent to fill rental properties on a regular basis. The position is concise, simple, and rewarding.
Duties:
- Initial visual inspections of rental property, placing signs, assess conditions, and coordinating cleaning if needed
- Place ads, respond to voice mails and emails, and schedule an appointment for viewings
- Aggressive collection of application fees, deposits, and first month's rent on the first contact with a potential tenant
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven procedure to filling properties
- Willingness to up sell to additional services and always smile!
- Preparing a lease between the homeowner and the tenant and getting signatures
You must have a valid Illinois Salesperson license and reliable transportation for this position. You do not need to move your license to my company. I will start you out with a few properties to fill and gradually build your volume as you learn the process. You will be paid 20-30% of the first month's rent on the properties you fill. Your average rents will be between $1000-$2500 a month.
If you excel, I will also give you an opportunity to fill some of the properties that I sell on a "Rent-to- Own" Basis. This will also be very lucrative.
