Job Duties:
Handle inbound sales & customer service phone calls from our customersInteract with our customers via a Live Chat applicationMake outbound phone calls to our various business partners to facilitate order processingProcess sales via our proprietary systemsOther duties as assigned by management
Required Experience: 2-3 years combined experience in an inbound or outbound sales or customer service environmentSome college requiredExperience in the hotel or hospitality industry is highly desired
