Primary Duties
- Weekly Payroll
- Daily Bank and Sales Conciliation
- Payables and Receivables
- Catering and Deli Orders, invoicing
- Develops, design, coordinates and executes projects and programs

Minimum Qualifications
- Highschool
- 3 + experience in any office
- Knowledge of Windows and Quickbooks
- Must be creative since projects tend to be unique
- Excelent writing and communication skills are required
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Driver's License
- Knowledge of food service industry is a plus
