**Please note that this is an EQUITY/OWNERSHIP opportunity to begin with -- no base salary or hourly rate will be paid for the first few months However, a bulk of the work that needs to be done can be completed within the first 4 weeks so for someone who is quick to learn and has the next month or two free, this is a GREAT opportunity to earn equity in a company that's ready to take off. We need someone who can commit a minimum of 20 to 30 hours per week for the next two months, so if you're currently working a full-time job, this is may not the right opportunity for you (and you should be in a financial position where not earning a salary for the next 2 months will not be an issue). Also, you would be employee #3 and would be looked upon as one of the partners of the company, so you will have a lot of say in how things are done.
In addition to the technical requirements listed at the end of this posting, the ABSOLUTE "SOFT SKILLS" MUST-HAVE'S FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
? The ability to work a minimum of 20+ hours per week for the company, with a strong preference for someone who can work 30-40+hours per week.
? This is a true start-up environment, which means all of the following: 1) There aren't pages and pages of processes in place for things -- if you need a very structured environment, this isn't for you. But if you like being able to create processes yourself and work from your own knowledge of how things should be done, this will be perfect for you. 2) Priorities can shift sometimes on a daily basis, and you need to be the type who can "roll with the punches". Also, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as they come due is absolutely critical. 3) Passion for our company and the ability to treat it like it's your own are critical. 4) Have a REALLY good sense of humor because this business is will be Humor based, If these four items don't sound appealing, then this isn't the right opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
1 years experience and have served primarily as a ASP.NET Developer supporting online products and services. Work with an existing code base to both enhance and expand current functionality as outlined in design specifications. MUST be strong with creating apps/widgets/tools on social networking and other sites, and should have a strong understanding of how important the "marketing" component of his/her IT work is in helping us go viral. Further responsibilities include support for bug fixes and other advanced technical client inquiries.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
ASP.NET 2.0 or above, C#.NET, ADO.NET, VB.net
HTML/Javascript/CSS
Database: SQL Server 2005, experience developing SQL Server or other relational databases with application integration
Proficiency in SQL and Stored procedures
Ability to build and deploy in IIS server environments
Visual Studio .net 2005-2008
Desired Skills :

Working knowledge in multi-tier corporation level .NET based web application
Experience working with third-party controls
