As a fulltime IT Systems Engineer you will be responsible for the repair, installation and maintenance of personal computer hardware and peripherals, either at the customer's location or through a remote connection. In addition you will monitor and maintain network systems, troubleshoot and make improvements to customer's networks as necessary. Think of it as a systems administrator, network administrator, desktop support technician and systems analyst all rolled into one job and performed with expert precision.

The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

- CompTIA A+; Net+; Security+
- MSDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
- Exchange Server experience
- Server 2003, 2008, SBS experience
- At least four years hands-on experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
