We are looking for a highly motivated leader who will maintain production quality, supervise, train and develop staff, oversee costs, inventory, and sanitation, hire and train new back of the house employees, administer corporate policies and insure that only the highest quality product is served fresh to each guest.
The kitchen manager must be an individual with excellent communication skills who leads by example and possesses a sense of urgency with regards to getting the job done. We want a hands-on leader who exhibits strong attention to detail. The perfect candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude, high-energy and be a team player.
This restaurant is a 6 to 7 day a week, high volume operation. The kitchen manager will be expected to work 45-50 hours each week and will receive a competitive salary, insurance benefits, and vacation.
