Job Description:
- Emptying office trash containers, taking trash outside to dumpster areas
- Dusting, spot cleaning, vacuuming
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Cleaning windows
- Polishing surfaces
- Bathrooms; cleaning toilets, sinks, floors, etc.
-Other duties specific to the building.

You will be on your feet, completing the required cleaning duties. All buildings are different and require a variety of areas to be cleaned such as restrooms, offices, kitchens, stairways, elevators, hallways, locker rooms, and other areas specific to the building.

Requirements:
- Must be a Professional
- Must be extremely high detail oriented with a vision of a perfect end result to all task.
- Perform Quality Work, and complete the work within a specific timeframe
- Must be mature, responsible and able to work well on your own with little supervision.
- Must have your own transportation to get to the job site assigned.
- Must have a valid driver s license.
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to follow instructions from Supervisors and Customers
- Must be able to work weekends, P.M hours AND additional hours as needed
- Must follow the Company's QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENT which states, Employees must check their own work after the completion of the work assigned and fix any discrepancy they find.
- Must be willing and able to complete required Training and Programs at the Main Office and Job site.

A Criminal Background Check is required for this position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: Mon/Wed/Fri 7pm - 11pm
Tue/Thu 7pm - 9pm

Total work hours: 16 hrs week
