-Baker at Publican Quality Meats
-Butcher at Publican Quality Meats
-Line Cooks Publican Quality Meats and The Publican
-Prep Cook at Publican Quality Meats
-Sous Chef at Blackbird Restaurant
-Host, Food Runner, Server Assistant, and Door Team at Big Star (seasonal)

Publican Quality Meats baker-will be responsible for preparing breads, rolls and other baked goods according to established recipes. Prior experience with mixing, shaping and proofing is encouraged, but not necessary. Full-time, hourly position.

Publican Quality Meats butcher-will be responsible for setting up daily case displays, interacting and selling meats, sausage, charcuterie to guests during business hours. This person must have a good understanding of butchering techniques and cooking styles. This person must also be personable and polite as they will be interacting with guests continuously during the day. Full time hourly position.

Publican Quality Meats line cook-will be responsible for cooking lunch, and eventually breakfast. This position is a full time, hourly position.

Publican line cook-will be responsible for prepping and working dinner service. This role provides flexibility within stations, as you will be able to learn more than one station. You will also be able to provide creative input into the daily changing menu. 2 years of experience preferred. Full-time hourly position.

Publican Quality Meats prep cook-will be responsible for prepping lunch and eventually breakfast. This position is a full-time, hourly position.

Blackbird Restaurant sous chef-must have at least 1 year sous chef experience. Needs to be flexible to work am or pm shifts as well as be dedicated and motivated to leading a team. Must have experience in a fine dining atmosphere and comfortable with menu ingredients being utilized on Blackbird's menu. This is a full time, salaried position with benefits to apply.

Big Star hosts, food runners, server assistants, and door team-will be responsible for welcoming guests in, assisting with their needs, providing an informative but friendly service, work as a team to get all goals accomplished in this high volume honky tonk taqueria. These positions are part-time, hourly. Tipped allocation applies to food runners and server assistants.

The ideal candidate for any of these positions must be extremely passionate about the industry and our brand. These candidates must also be hardworking, reliable, possess a positive attitude, and be eager to learn. An eye for consistency is important, as well as ability to prioritize and follow direction.
