Business Development Associate (Evanston)

We are looking for an entry-level sales person responsible for cold calling and setting new appointments for the sales team (60% of time), developing lead lists (20% of time), following-up with leads (15% of time) and preparing sales presentations (5% of time). We are looking for someone who loves the phone and is able to set at least 4 appointments/week.

Must Have the Following Personal Characteristics:
* Again, this person loves the phone & talking with people
* Self-motivated
* Be honest and transparent

Requirements:
* Experience using MS Excel & Word
* Exceptional cold calling, networking, and business development skills
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Strong ability for lead generation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?
* High degree of organizational skills
* Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills (not required):
* Experience using Salesforce, Jangomail & Jigsaw
* Advertising or Internet Marketing experience

Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and setting new appointments for sales team
* Entering and tracking leads in Salesforce
* Developing lead lists utilizing social media tools; Linkedin, Twitter & Facebook. . .
* Follow-up with prospects
* Coordinate new appointments with sales team schedules
* Assisting sales team to prepare presentations
