-Maximizes personal and store sales by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
-Maintains a clean, organized, and properly merchandised store at all times

-Manages salary, inventory, and expenses within store's budget
-Enforces and complies with loss prevention and security policies
Qualifications:
-Outgoing, Energetic & Customer-Service Orientated
-Proven success leading and motivating a team to achieve sales goals
-Fashion forward; knows and understands trends
-Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
-Related work experience in sales or service industry of at least 1 year
